In the east is Vairochana (Nampa Namze), with a white body, Holding a wheel and other six attributes, Embracing the consort Buddhalochana, visualize blazing light. In the south is Ratnasambhava (Rinchen Jungden), With a yellow body, three faces, and six arms, Holding a jewel and other six attributes, United with Mamaki. In the west is Amitabha (Nangwa Thaye), With a red body, three faces, and six arms, Holding a lotus and other six attributes, United with Pandaravasini. In the north is Amoghasiddhi (Donyo Drupa), With a green body, three faces, and six arms, Holding a crossed vajra and other six attributes, Embracing the Samaya Tara. In the spaces between the spokes of the wheel, Kshitigarbha, Akashagarbha, Avalokiteshvara, Vajrapani, Lasya, Malaya, and Gita, Nirta, the eight consorts. In the corners of the outer spokes, Maitreya, Nivaranaviskambhin, Samantabhadra, Manjushri, Puspema, Dhupa, Aloka, Gandhe, the eight. All of these main deities and retinues, Are endowed with the thirteen ornaments, Seated in the vajra posture. In the intermediate directions of the inner courtyard, Are the six Buddhas who accomplish actions, And in the four doors are the eight gatekeepers. The body appears without correction, The speech arises without obstruction, Endowed with the non-abiding wisdom mind. From the various illusions of skillful means, Endowed with the great net of bliss, Meditate on the non-dual union. Practice extensively as in the tantras, or briefly recite the essence mantra: To condense further, the very essence of the heart mantra is: Om Bodhicitta Mahasukha Jñana Dhatu Ah (藏文,梵文天城體,梵文羅馬擬音,漢語字面意思) To transform them into wrathful deities: In the center, on a seat of five kinds of animals, Vajra Heruka, Buddha Heruka, Ratna Heruka, and Padma Heruka, Karma Heruka, With bodies of blue, purple, yellow, red, and green, Three faces, six arms, and wings spread, The first right hand holds its own symbol, The left hand holds a skull cup filled with blood, The other hands hold their respective attributes.
